  • Specially ordered parts cannot be returned.  Parts ordered in error and accepted for return are subject to a 15% handling charge and must be returned within 14 days.

  • Warranty - does not cover any labour or out of pocket expenses

  • Packages weighing up to 20 kilos and less than 1 metre in length now cost £12.50 for next day delivery service.  Packages over 1 metre long cost £14 for next day delivery service, i.e. Rear Exhausts.

  • Packages that are small and light are posted at the Post Office, i.e. jiffy bags etc. The cost of P&P will depend on their size and weight but will be less than the cost of Parcelforce or Night Freight. All packages sent via the Post Office go either First Class Mail or Special Delivery.  (Special Delivery up to 2 kilos now costs £7.40)

  • All Parts and Services including Parcelforce, Night Freight Deliveries and any postage costs are subject to 17.5% VAT.
